収穫後にハンドピックにより熟度を均一にしたコーヒーチェリーを、果肉がついたまま天日乾燥によって精選しています。その風味はグレープを思わせる濃厚で芳醇な甘さが特徴的です。

Tade GG Farm is located in Shakiso village, Guji district, Oromia state, at an altitude of over 2,000m.

After harvesting, the coffee cherries are hand-picked to ensure uniform ripeness, and then sun-dried with the pulp still attached. The resulting flavor is characterized by a rich, mellow sweetness reminiscent of grapes.
